Road Trip (Riders Edge) Part III: Getting There!

Ok… So the first day comes! I wake up pretty early a) because we have to b) because I’m used to it, and c) cos I have a moderate hangover.

Hotel Breakfast: GREAT! filled my boots, usual hot buffet stuff…. hmmmm food! I shouldn’t be writing this so close to lunch! Anyway…

Back to the rooms to get kitted up for the off.

Road Trip (Riders Edge) Part II: The Way Down

Once I meet up with Dan though the ride all of a sudden became a whole different story!!!

Road Trip (Riders Edge) Part I: The Meet-up

OK, so the, premise to this is that I had spoken with some friends previously about an Advanced Riders Course and that its something worth doing. One of my friends (Dan) ended up in conversation with my dad on the very same subject and mentioned that he was planning on doing a course of that nature down in South Wales at the Harley Davidson instruction centre – Riders Edge. As it was coming up to my birthday my dad ran the idea past me and of course I jumped at the chance!

New Arrivals – Gibsons Kittens!

Well, quick post…. we got back from holiday to find a little surprise behind the sofa! Kittens! They weren’t due for a week or so yet, or so we thought! but here they are, one Black one with White flashes, the other one White with patch work … looks just like Fender, their ‘Uncle’! Quick Vid….

The Acoustic Guitar Lessons

Once rainy afternoon in Bollington, we took the nipper swimming and when filling our boots with chocolate afterwards, my wife noticed an add on the notice board in the leisure centre:
